New Bullying Discipline Process 100% Effective

Michele Davis, the principal of the Warren Prescott School, revealed at the November School Site Council meeting that the Constructive Discipline Process, the bullying discipline process of the CirclePoint program, has been effective in every bullying case since the the process was implemented last April. “It works so well, it’s shocking,” Principal Davis said to the assembled parents. Not only is the administration surprised at how well the process works, she said, but the targets of the bullying themselves are amazed at how the aggression immediately stops. “The process is pretty incredible,” Principal Davis said.

At that School Site Council meeting, program creator Ari Magnusson gave a presentation to parents on bullying, the CirclePoint Program, proactive steps parents can take to reduce the chance their children are bullied, and how to work in partnership with the school administration to resolve a bullying problem.
